I was really excited recently to be asked to host a kokedama workshop with Tipi Project, a community space designed to foster connection between people, land, creativity and tradition through art, culture and education. The space is a traditional Sioux style tipi and through the summer it’s located on the Williamsburg waterfront.
It was such a magical space to conduct a workshop and the perfect environment for getting in touch with our inner wabi-sabi! Thanks so much to Denise from Tipi Project for having me and to everyone that came along. Thanks also to James Bowen for the photos.
Details of all my upcoming workshops are listed under the Workshops/Classes page of my website.
